Final Sale Policy:

All sales on our merchandise are final. This means no refunds or returns are accepted, except in the following cases:

              1. Damaged or Defective Items: In such instances, we accept returns
                   for re-inspection to assess the issue and determine the best course of action.

              2. Incorrect item (e.g., wrong item delivered, delivery to the wrong address): Request an RA to return.
                   the incorrect item then place a new order.
                   The cost of the incorrect shipment will be credited once the warehouse receives the shipment.
